Payment Options
First time orders require payment via COD or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Credit terms can be established after the first order. Please contact a customer service executive for more details.

Validity Of Price Quote
Customers are advised to refresh pages prior to submitting order in e-store to see the latest prices.

Delivery
In most cases, we will deliver your products via UPS Ground.  If you need something really urgently, we can arrange for a special delivery. Simply call our customer service department at (800) 527-4609 and we'll try to work out something for you.

Refund Policy
Many of our products come with their own manufacturers' guarantee, the terms varying according to the type of product and manufacturer. Yet, we at ADCO want to provide an exceptional shopping experience for you. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be glad to exchange it or provide you with a full refund, whichever you prefer.

The refund or exchange is only valid if the goods are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, accompanied with the official receipt to our office. In addition, all goods returned must be unopened and unused.
